Journaling is a tracking system for oneself to check-in with their constantly changing emotions - this act can be meditative when done in moderation. Journaling can be easily done on a phone's notepad or my personal favourite: a journal.
Why start journaling?
Living is a thrill, yet the thrill can be both underwhelming and overwhelming and journaling can help you calm yourself when needed or even motivate. This is a therapeutic process that takes little commitment and goes a long way.
