My Favorite Breakfasts.

My initial Title for this Post was going to be "HEALTHY BREAKFASTS I ENJOY" but as I added to the list all of my favourite morning meals I figured how easily these may not seem healthy off the bat & I am not a dietitian or a firm believer in diets. Somehow, though, these make me feel healthy and happy. So now this post is just about my favorite morning foods.



This apparent change in attitude can be attributed to my approach to "a happy body", which makes me feel a little more lively than the construct of a healthy body - this whole chat will be the focus of my next blog post! Check that out soon, please and thanks.


MY FAVORITE BREAKFASTS/BRUNCHES.


•The OG white porridge.

Hot, sweet, buttery and milky - that is how I often enjoy this delectable breakfast - I suspect this porridge is the sole reason I am strong!


•Smoothie.

I cannot believe how long it took me to get into these! Quick, convenient and filling - smoothies are all 3 and they are an even better bridge between meals and snacks.


•Oats.

Delicious, easy and fun - there has been recent modifications to this simple aged breakfast, an additive of fruit or whatever else and it goes. These fun and tasty alternatives add a twist to the old traditional oats.


•Egg and Avo Toast.

Ofcourse something Avocado-y had to be on this list! Love that girl and all her blandness, but to make this sandwich a little more exciting I add an egg and we're up.


•Brunch Salads.

Spinach, raw cabbage, lettuce, kale and/or cucumber with an egg or any other protein sub and tomatoes make for a quick and filling sunny morning salad. (This meal is versatile and can be enjoyed as a side dish with bigger evening meals). Packed with goodness to kickstart your day with energy.


•Banana-Oat Pancakes.

This is a flour-free equivalent of your favourite basic pancakes, they taste just as great and are just as filling! Also, the banana in these can be subbed by an Apple.


•Muesli and Fruit.

Feeling peckish? This breakfast is light and extremely quick to make. Add a greek yoghurt, plain or flavoured or even milk and enjoy!


•Omelette.

If you love a breakfast with your eggs, you're bound to always enjoy this one, you'd need a little extra time to prepare it - you can add your favourite vegetables or meat bits from the night before for extra fill and you're good to go.


•A muffin or croissant and coffee.

I lean to these for solo breakfast dates! With pre-made muffins, you can enjoy this little breakfast with your cup of a hot beverage at home, and if you choose to bake your croissants at home, I like you - keep it up.


•Peanut butter sandwich.

This is a Goldie, an Oldie too. I enjoy this combination a little too much and it has never failed me - it probably never will. Please have a drink on hand with this bad boy, or he might choke you - haha.
