My Top 5 Productivity Tips.

Productivity, to me, is as important as rest and while many of my blog posts have been centered around rest, I believe holistic wellness includes feeling on top of things, being productive.

These tips will be extensions of my various morning routines.
Start the day with absolute mindfulness. Mindfulness comes in many forms for me, the first 2 hours of my morning have no external* interference, I like it like that. Often I will jot down my to-do list for the day, catch up on my reading, practice meditation or light waking yoga.
Have a routine. I'm a creature of habit, it's made my life sooo easy. None of my routines are rigid, so no one day is like another.
Make notes. If your mind fills with clatter easily, you will find great use of notes - they don't have be coherent or even make sense because they are essentially tools for a mind dump.
Be timeous! Time is all you have, until you have none, so preserve and honour your time. Set time-laps for daily activities or chores, this will definitely limit opportunities for distraction.
Do not neglect yourself. Take breaks as often as necessary during your work day, eat well and hydrate often.
One of my favourite things to do as I tackle my productivity goals is give myself gratitude rewards, for every milestone I get myself a little thank you reward.
Productivity comes in many forms, but I'm nearly certain these humble tips will come handy for whatever one's goals are.
