Summertime-Fine Wellness Routine.

It's September, easily still Spring but it'll never hurt me nor you to get in the Summery spirit of things! I have yet to meet anyone who does not enjoy this blissful season...I love all things summer fashion, essentials and lately a Wellness routine.
Feeling good in summer is important for anyone who wants to enjoy it and I have thought up a few pillars of routine that will make this season your most favourite one, if not already.
Daily Movements. My everyday anthem, I believe in movement more than anything and this summer will be no different. With the temperature steadily rising doing workouts earlier before the sun is scorching might be a great idea but if you are not an early riser do not let that excuse you from exercising entirely, there are low-impact workouts that anybody can do even after the sun has risen, yoga and outdoor walks are some of the workouts you can do at any time of the day.
Consistent Hydration. The alternative is sinister, I imagine this is the notorious season for alcohol and all that fun stuff (that are not so fun when dehydration visits), but your water intake needs to be high because this heat will not be doing any lows by us. Subscribe for fun ice-y drinks recipes that we can all enjoy in the summer.
Conscious screen-time. It is hottie season, and being well and holistic is as hot as the girlies and the gents will get. The content on our screens might never run out, but our consumption span will. There will be a lot to see on social media and it could dwarf your filter, seasonal change is also a great time to review your following list and decide how those pages are serving you.
Investing in your space. Remember the big "spring cleaning" you'd have with your parents every year this time? Run that energy up! Much like a bodily detox, your environment needs to get a deep cleanse and switched up. Get rid of clutter, do not hog anything that does not make you feel good to be around, if you have no use for that bowl set or the stuff in your drawers, get it out of your space. you may just feel lighter immediately thereafter.
Mental care. Hotties invest in themselves, and an investment on your mind will always show high return. Buy books, do brain dumps often, create without expectation on result and treat your mind with care and enough sleep in and it will thank you for it.
Wellness is not seasonal, but it can get rigid - switching things up keeps the discipline up and I hope these pillars prompt you to incorporate wellness into everyday of your life. Thank you for reading this far...
