Tea over Coffee.

WHY YOU SHOULD PROBABLY DRINK LESS COFFEE, OR STOP ALTOGETHER!


Yes, coffee is more aesthetically friendly over tea - I would not want to fight that but in all honesty that's about the only thing that makes coffee fun.

In a world of delectable gourmet brews, who would settle for anything directly from a kettle?

Valid rhetoric, time goes into making pretty coffees and more so dedication in the absence of a machine that brews coffee.


However, the ease of tea is possibly what makes it more pleasurable. Just boiling water and your herbs in a bag and you're done!



WHY?

(tea > coffee)


There are tons of benefits of teas and more disadvantages of coffee.

  1. Tea gives a more sustainable energy boost than coffee.

  2. Black tea gives only 47 mg of caffeine - over 30 mg less than the average cup of coffee.

  3. While the coffee high is like none other, coming off of it has more negatives and makes it a little less worth it.

  4. Coffee does increase feelings of anxiety and coming down a coffee buzz can cause tumultuous feelings.

  5. While black coffee does make a trying arguement, it just does not compare to the variety and benefits of many teas.

While I personally might never quit coffee entirely, I love me some tea every so frequent. I hope, if it isn't your fave already, you try some good ol' teas for wholesomeness galore!
