Gut Health: TRuth or TRend?

I recently heard,

"your gut isn't Vegas - what happens there does not stay there."

While I suspect I cannot be the only one who wants that to be just a fable, it just isn't so!

The booming concept of gut health is both fascinating and right on time!


Turns out, the gut is the type of organ that wishes to stand on a hill and declare all its love (or spew hate) for all the things you do to it.

Also, with the weather cooling it means one's metabolic rate will become more sluggish - that could knock down digestion and head straight for the health of the gut. We obviously don't need that because it will mean constant coughs, pains and a whole array of scaries.


5 TIPS

to keep in mind to help your gut thrive !


• Eat your foods in a way that slows how rapid your glucose levels rise.

• Cooked vegetables are your best friends.

• Prime your stomach for meals with warm water or vinegar water.

• Move after your meals.

• Cut out refined/artificial sugars!
