In The Kitchen: Baking Pizza.🍕

Heeello! Happy Sunday love.
I hope March has been treating you well and you are treating yourself better. I come from the kitchen and the recipe I packed is packing deliciousness.
I've no name for it, but it was a pizza and it was absolutely amazing. So I'll be as giving as ever, keep reading for a simple and fun recipe!
~INGREDIENTS~
For Dough
Flour: 2 Cups.
Yeast: Teaspoon.
Salt: ½ Teaspoon.
Sugar: ½ Teaspoon.
Warm water: 125ml.
Olive Oil: 2 Tablespoons.
For Sauce
Tomatoes: 2-3 Fresh Produce.
Onion: ½ - 1 chopped finely.
Garlic: 1 Teaspoon.
Spices of Choice: Variation.
Toppings.
Mushrooms.
Spinach.
Peppers.
Sweetcorn.
Chicken.
* You can always swap toppings to your preferences. *
~PREP~
Wash all produce as needed.
Preheat oven to 230°C.
Chop your toppings.
Parboil the chicken.
~DIRECTIONS~
Combine and mix all dry ingredients for the dough.
Add warm water and combine into dough.
Add olive oil then knead until smooth.
Stretch dough out by using a roller then powder pan with flower to place dough.
Poke into dough with fork then cover and allow to sit for 30 minutes.
For the sauce, make the tomatoes into a puree by either grating or blending.
On a stovetop, start with your preferred cooking oil and add onion and garlic.
Add tomato puree onto the onion and garlic.
Add your spices of choice and mix to cook.
After 30 minutes, add sauce first then toppings onto dough.
~FINAL TOUCHES~
Place your pizza into oven and bake for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and cut into your creation.
