Happiest New Year!
I am so happy you are here, living & loving luxe in 2022. Goal setting is a big thing for me, whether the goal is as small as walking 2000 steps daily or as big as moving a mountain.
Mental conditioning is primarily responsible for thinking some goals are better than others or harder. I believe all goals build who we want to be, so no matter how small or meaningless a goal seems - set it and smash it.
5-year to 1-year to 1-month.
If you have any vision for your life in 5 years (by use of a vision board) and that feels too far away and thus hard to attain, remember every 5 years is made up by a year, which is made up by a month!
Here are some Prompts to realize goals that look too huge.
What is my goal? Use S.M.A.R.T technique if your mind is too hazy.
What must I achieve in each year until I reach the time I set for myself?
How does your life look each month for the next year?
For each month to be successful, how must each day look?
There are multiple free resources online anyone can use, if you prefer hard-copies then you can download printables, alternatively you can use soft-copies. Search for "PDF PLANNERS".
It is very important to write down goals and habits, this works as a tracking system for one to see what pushes them closer to their goals and what does not work. Using notebooks, journals and planners works extremely well for me. Also, these are not always hard-copies!
You have to find what works for you (by trying things out), do not just jump onto trends of wellness if they do not work for you.
I am excited to live through this new year, 365 chances to show up better!
