Sweat It Out: Why Daily Exercise Should Be Your Favourite Habit!

Daily exercise? It might sound like I'm suggesting a luxurious habit. However, not only is it something you need to consider a physical wellness necessity but for also what the girlies are referring to as "therapy dupe".


Keeping this post as short as possible because you can use the extra time for that workout! If I need to pull your leg any more, here are a handful (of very many) benefits to daily exercise.


  1. Strong Heart Health: Look, you're never too young to start prioritising your heart health and daily exercise improves circulation, reducing the risk of heart disease, stroke, and high blood pressure.

  2. Mental Relief: Nothing hits like a glorious release of endorphins, the elation and reduced anxiety that comes from breaking a sweat? TOP 1!

  3. Stronger Immunity: Your body's response to illness and infection is probably the quickest way to gauge how well you aid your body's immunity, to reduce the frequency of silly illnesses - get moving, consistently!

  4. Better Sleeping Patterns: A good night's rest is the best way to start the day! Unbeknownst to me, I could be sleeping better because I'm just too tired from a full day of being a busy bee but I get so excited to sleep on the days I work up a sweat! Who was insomnia?


My favourite thing about incorporating workouts in everyday is that one gets to modulate the intensity of the workouts. Daily workouts have given me the fun experience of cross training and since I am not under pressure cramming all my workouts into 4 days, I get to explore training styles that promote flexibility, strength and conditioning!


I also cannot rave enough about the benefits this daily habit has on my mental wellbeing! I hear the chat about gym being "therapy dupe" but Iit is so good, it's giving better than therapy.
